Shipping & Returns Policy

Gabby & Threads Online Orders

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production on socks, crewnecks, and most embroidered items before shipment. Shipping timelines vary based on location, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

For custom tote bags with multiple embroidered icons or more detailed customization, please allow approximately 1 week for production.

We ship through FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on the order and delivery location. If you require expedited shipping, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout or reach out to us directly before placing your order.

Please note that Gabby & Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly after to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has entered production.


Custom & Wholesale Orders

Turnaround times for custom and wholesale orders vary depending on current production volume and project size.

Our standard turnaround time for wholesale and custom merch orders under 150 items is approximately 1–2 weeks. Larger orders may require closer to 3–4 weeks for production.

If you are working with a specific deadline or need expedited production, please reach out prior to placing your order. Rush availability depends on our current production schedule and order volume at the time of inquiry. Please reach out to gabby@gabbyandthreads.com


Website Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we are currently unable to accept returns or refunds.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at gabby@gabbyandthreads.com. We care deeply about the quality of our work and will always do our best to make things right.

Wholesale + Custom Merch Returns

Due to the custom nature of wholesale and made-to-order merchandise, all custom merch and wholesale sales are final once production has been approved and payment has been submitted.

Please carefully review all mockups, samples, invoice details, sizing, garment colors, quantities, spelling, artwork placement, thread colors, and shipping information before approving your order. Submission of payment confirms that all details have been reviewed, approved, and authorized for production.

Because each order is custom produced specifically for your project, approved orders cannot be remade, refunded, or exchanged due to overlooked errors or changes requested after production has begun.
