Live Embroidery / Pop-Up FAQs

DO YOU ALWAYS BRING YOUR MACHINE TO POP-UP EVENTS?

Nope! There are two types of pop-up events:

  1. Gabby & Threads comes to your studio with an assortment of pre-made grip socks for sale (no machine involved).
  2. On-the-spot embroidery where Gabby brings her embroidery machine and stitches live.

WHO PAYS FOR LIVE EMBROIDERY EVENTS, STUDIOS OR CLIENTS?

  1. OPTION 1: Studio offers this as a gift for their members and gifts socks.
  2. OPTION 2: Studio Hosts Gabby & Threads for pop-up, we charge customers regular price for our socks for on-demand embroidery.

WHAT COLOR SOCKS DO YOU OFFER DURING EVENTS?

We only offer white grip and crew socks during pop-up events.

CAN I BRING SOMETHING FOR YOU TO EMBROIDER AT THE EVENT?

No, we only embroider on our socks for events (in the event we make a mistake on the sock).
